Easy Access to Most Visited Tourist Destinations - We are 45 minutes north of the current Fissure 8 Lava location and the air quality is great... NO VOG HERE!

We have a great in-town location 5 minutes drive to the Hilo International Airport and Downtown Hilo Bay.  We are 30 minutes to Volcano National Park and 40 minutes to the current Leilani Estate fissure 8 neighborhood.  Go see turtles at the very tropical Carlsmith Beach, only 15 minutes away or stroll in an old Japanese park by the sea, the Queen Liliuokalani Park, cross a foot bridge to get to Coconut Island. Get a selfie here and you have the background of the hills and glorious Mauna Kea, which is only about half an hour drive. We are in a quiet neighborhood a couple of blocks from a great mini mall with convenient Fast food dining. some local restaurants and 2 groceries.

Enjoy the unique plants in our yard, featuring a Brazilian Cherry Tree, a tangerine tree bearing fruits in wintertime, an old Ohia tree with rare yellow Lehua flowers, Palm trees, exotic Heliconia flowers, a variety of colorful Bromeliads and a fish pond.
